We built the home we wished we'd had.
The Happy Homes didn't start with a business plan. It started with a feeling — the specific kind of loneliness that comes with being new in a city, carrying your bags, and wondering if this place will ever feel like home. We've been there. So we built spaces that feel like the answer to that question.
Why we exist
Vadodara, made easier.
Every year, thousands of students arrive in Vadodara with big dreams and bigger bags. Professionals relocate for new roles, new chapters, new beginnings. And almost every single one of them faces the same exhausting challenge — finding a place that's safe, comfortable, and actually feels like home.
Hostels feel institutional. Regular PGs feel like someone's afterthought. Renting a flat means months of searching, brokerage fees, and furnishing from scratch — before your real life has even begun.

Who we are
Built by two people who've been exactly where you are.
Anurag came to Vadodara the same way thousands of students do every year — with a bag, a dream, and absolutely no idea where he'd end up living. After his BBA, he went to ISME Mumbai for his Masters in Entrepreneurship, then came back to MSU Vadodara for a PG in Finance. Three cities. Multiple PGs. Enough bad experiences to last a lifetime.
Jayati Dave did her BBA from MSU Vadodara, then headed to Mumbai for her postgraduate in Advertising and Marketing. She knows exactly what it feels like to be a young woman navigating a new city — searching for a space that feels safe, comfortable, and just a little bit like home.
They met. They understood each other completely. And in 2020, what started as a shared frustration quietly became The Happy Homes.
(Oh — and somewhere between the business plan and the first property, best friends became husband and wife. We think that's the best part of the story.)
Today, THH stands on the shoulders of a lot of love and a lot of hard work — 15+ brand partners across Vadodara, 10+ service partners who keep everything running behind the scenes — the plumber bhai, the electrician bhai, the mistry bhai, and every pair of hands that shows up when something needs fixing. A dedicated team, a growing family, and two founders who still personally care about every single space we put our name on.
We didn't build THH to be just another PG company. We built it because we wished it existed when we needed it. And every homie who walks through our doors gets the place we once wished we'd had.
